Dear Prospective Crafter:
Below is some information regarding how to make application for
a crafter space at the National Apple Harvest Festival. If you
wish to apply for space in our show, please review the following:
| 1. Spaces: |
- Craft spaces are a minimum of 12' x 12'
- Indoor Spaces are a minimum of 12' Front x 8' Deep
- Midway Spaces 20' x 30' with parking included
- Vendors supply their own PA Tax ID #, canopies, tables,
shelving, etc.

| 2. Cost: |
- Outdoor space is $375
- Indoor space is $400
- Midway space is $1000
- Cost covers all 4 days of the festival and you must commit to both weekends. Applications for 1 weekend will be considered if available spaces are not filled for both weekends, however full rent is required.

| 3. The show is held the first two full weekends of October. |
| 4. The following are not accepted as crafts: Food Items and Manufactured items |
| 5. No Pets are allowed on the festival grounds. |
We average 300 crafters at the show and an average of 25,000
people in attendance each day.
To apply for a craft space, please send pictures and a description of your craft to:

Do not send any payment with your photos!!
Please enclose a stamped, self-addressed long envelope for the return of your photos. Your photos will be reviewed and returned. If your craft is accepted, a contract will be sent to you.
