Do you have handicap parking?
Handicap parking is available on the festival grounds (until full) and all outlying parking fields. We have handicap accessible vans that stop at all marked handicap pickup locations.
Is smoking allowed at the festival?
Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. See map for locations.
Is the festival outside?
Yes, the festival is held outdoors and is held rain or shine. There are some indoor display, vendor and entertainment buildings.
is there cell phone reception at the festival?
There is limited cell phone reception at the festival for certain providers. Please contact your provider for coverage information.
Where do I park?
Fire police will direct you to outlying parking fields and shuttle bus service is provided to festival grounds (included in admission).
Does the festival go on rain or shine?
Yes, the festival is held rain or shine.
Are pets allowed at the festival?
Only service animals are allowed at the festival.
Do you have a list of vendors?

Do you have lost or found?
Yes, lost and found and located is located just inside the main entrance to the festival office. However, after the festival is over please call the festival office at (717) 677-9413 to inquire about lost or found items.
Is there a central place where my party can meet at the festival?
Yes, just inside the main entrance to the festival at the big red apple.
Where is the festival located?
Put in your GPS, 615 Narrows Road, Biglerville, PA 17307. The festival is 9 miles northwest of Gettysburg, PA.
What are the conditions of the fairgrounds?
Roadways and walkways consist of grass, stone/gravel or blacktop.
Are electric scooters or wheelchairs available?
There are no scooter or wheelchair rentals available.
Does the festival offer first aid?
Yes, there are two first aid stations on the festival grounds. Please see the map for locations.
Is there entertainment at the festival?
Yes, there is entertainment for adults and children in addition to our displays and exhibits. All entertainment, displays and exhibits are included in your admission. See the schedule for details.
What's included in the admission price?
Parking and shuttle to and from the festival grounds, entertainment, exhibitions and, orchard tours and hayrides are included in your admission.
Do you offer discounts or coupons?
Yes, see the general information for senior and military discounts. Additional discounts are announced periodically. Please see the festival's social media pages for more discounts.
What are the festival hours?
The festival is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the first two full weekends in October.
Do I need to buy tickets online?
No, you do not have to purchase tickets online. However, you can if you wish. It'll save you some time in line at the festival. Please click here to purchase tickets online.
Do you have worship services?
Yes, non-demoniational worship services are available both Sunday's at 9 a.m. in the Apple Auditorium.
Are drones permitted on the festival grounds?
Flying of drones and UAV's are strictly prohibited over festival grounds.
Can I use credit cards at the festival?
Yes, credit cards accepted at certain stands, including the main and upper gates. Several ATMs are also located on the festival grounds for your convenience.
Is political campaigning allowed during the festival?
No. There is a long-standing policy in place that political campaigning and solicitation are strictly prohibited at the festival.
What are festival organizers doing to ensure the safety of everyone at the festival in regards to COVID-19?
Festival organizers stay informed of the latest CDC guidelines and follow the mandates of state and local government.
